Hi guys, Long time lurker here, but first time I signed up for Macrumours. I hope you guys can help me out or have some nice tips. Thank you guys in advance for thinking out loud here. I love using older Macs, the nostalgia and their still great user experience is what I really enjoy. At my parents home, I have an old 2006 24’ iMac(running Mountain lion) and a Mac Pro 1.1(running El Capitan) with a MIDI keyboard installed. I want to learn to play the piano, and would love to test out the garageband lessons. The first has Garageband 6.0.5 installed and the Mac Pro has 10.2 installed. On both, when I go to the lesson store, I get a message that I need 10.3 to get access to the downloads. This really bothers me since I need at least Sierra for it, which isnt possible on these old(bit still very capable) Macs. I have looked around and as far as I know, the lessons exist since 2009, so they should be compatible with both Garageband versions, the only hiccup is Apple that wont let me download them. Any workarouns from this? As far as I know the lessons are stored on the harddrive in a certain map, so maybe I can get a hold of them anywhere and install manually? Best regards, Niek
